Before submitting your online claim, obtain the following details:

- Your policy information including your policy number
- Information about the incident, including the date, time, where the damaged occurred etc
- Details about the loss or damage you are claiming for Information about any other people, vehicles or property involved

Once you have submitted your online claim form an Allianz claims team will contact you, generally within 4 business hours to advise you of the next steps.
