Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The ‘name the bnext e-newsletter competition’ is open to all entrants.
4. The ‘name the bnext e-newsletter competition’ commences on 1 October 2009, and ends on Friday 30 October 2009 (“Promotional Period”). Competition winners will be judged on Monday 2 November 2009 at Big Sky Credit Union Ltd, Level 7/607 Bourke St, Melbourne. The competition winner will be notified by phone and will be advertised in the monthly bnext e-newsletter and on bnext.com.au.
5. To be eligible to win, eligible entrants need to email or SMS their proposed bnext e-newsletter name, Full name, contact phone number, email and State to 0447 4 BNEXT or bnext@bnext.com.au. All entries received will become the property of Big Sky Credit Union Ltd.
6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
7. If there is more than one entrant with the same name suggestion, the entrant to submit their suggestion first will be selected as the winner if the suggested name is chosen.
8. If required, entries can be mailed to bnext, GPO Box 1801, Melbourne, VIC, 3001.
9. The Promoter is bnext (ABN 51 087 651 358, AFSL 240735) of Level 7, 607 Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 ("Promoter").
10. The winner will be asked to confirm postal address details before the prize is dispatched. The Promoter will bear the cost of delivery but all other costs associated with the taking and use of the prizes (including taxes, etc.) is the responsibility of the winner.
11. Chance plays no part in determining the winner in this Promotion.
12. Incomplete and incomprehensible entries and entries with defamatory or offensive content or incorrect contact details are not eligible to win. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for misdirected, lost or delayed entries and entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period, or for any technical difficulties with entry.
13. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
14. The winner will receive a new iPod Nano and a $50 iTunes voucher. The total prize pool is $249. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other goods and services.
15. The prize must be taken as stated. The prize is not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value. The voting decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter (and it’s affiliates and companies that work for the Promoter) may use and disclose the information provided by them by entering the information into a database for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, subject to any applicable privacy laws.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
