|
Protecting your home should be one of the first things on your list to organise once you’ve purchased the ‘Great Australian Dream’.
Make sure you insure your residence for its current replacement value. Allianz will automatically increase the sum insured every 12 months, at the time of renewal.
Don’t forget to review your home’s value regularly to avoid being under-insured. It is also important you cover your home for any extensions, improvements and other purchases you may have made during the year.
With Allianz Home Building insurance you get:

- Rental costs for your family will be taken care of for up to 12 months in the unfortunate event of an accident such as a fire, where your home becomes uninhabitable.

- Receive up to $2,000 cover for the cost of landscaping. This includes the replacement of fixed trees, plants and shrubs that have been lost or damaged by certain insured events.
